When you’re planning an event, it is crucial to consider several important factors. One key factor, especially in the Australian sun, is to ensure that your guests have access to cold beverages. Also, it is essential to ensure that your caterers comply with HACCP requirements as outlined in the Safe Food Act of 2007.

Our mobile cool room hire period is typically over four days mid-week or weekend.
When you are finalising your booking, please take a moment to review the access requirements. For access requirements download the schematics for the trailer from our website. Additionally, it is crucial to ensure that there is a dedicated 10-amp power circuit within 20 meters of the setup location.
Upon arrival at the event site, our trained staff will secure the mobile cool room trailers as required by our insurance policy. Note, if the trailers need to be moved on the event day, additional charges may apply for the time incurred.
