Event hire FAQs – everything you need to know. Your questions about our range of event trailers are answered here! If there is anything that you would like to know that’s not mentioned below please get in touch!
For regular deliveries for day events we service Sydney city to Hunter Valley and west to St Albans.
For promotional events or national tours then each booking is quoted on a case by case situation.
For reference we calculate using an hourly rate of $110 per hour when in transit from our base in Ourimbah but calculating on 4 x that distance to encompass 2 trips on the in and 2 trips on the out.
Either email through the contact form on the website for out of the normal area/day event schedule or book online if within our delivery areas.
We don't guarantee the stock until booking has been applied and accepted by our staff.
We have limited stock and in busy months book out months in advance. Most bookings are 6-12 month ahead for peak periods
Day rates are on the web - minimum 3 day charge.
Same day and weekend / out of hour arrangements may attract more fees to cover delivery staff hours to meet contract award payments
Deposit required, payment methods, when final payment is due.
Deposit to confirm booking of event - $330 due 7 days from quote.
Invoice sent out week prior to event.
Balance due day prior to delivery.
Online/card/ transfer payment option are all available.
3 day minimum hire.
The hire covers the assets for the event /day use. All power cords/extension leads, shelving, walk in access, steps along with disposables and cleaning accessories.
Weddings, festivals, markets, private parties, corporate events as well as film/tv sets and more.
Each unit has specific requirements as listed in the unit schematic. Unit schematics are available on the individual unit pages.
There are two options:
20kva generator trailer that runs 12/14 hours and can power most family/wedding and events. If needed to run longer a diesel charge will be applied along with service staff if and when required.
A small portable generator is designed to run basic music and lights or small coolroooms. This generator is only available if being hire with one of our event trailers.

The kitchens need to be cleaned or there is a cleaning fee of $350.
Not on the other trailers, it's part of the hire
We provide basic public liability and asset insurance with exclusion of vandalism or fire.
Replacement of unit but no liability.
We do our best to be there with a replacement in under 3 hours plus travel time
Transferable but not refundable on deposits -$330
Bump in day prior.
Bump out day after.
We don't work Sunday's unless organised prior to booking.

All coolrooms set to maintain 4 degrees.
Freezer set to minus 18 degrees.
Fridges in trailers set to maintain 4 degrees.
All kitchens have three sinks as per safety standard with hot water handwash stations.
OG Kitchen trailer has fresh water, grey water requirements.
See schematics for details but we offer fresh water via tanker if not available and also removal of waste water if required with transfer pumps and black water tanker trailer.
Part of the booking process is confirming required services with the client.
All equipment is set to be used by professionals in any environment.
All of our coolrooms and freezers are digitally operated.
