We have a fleet of utilities and trucks available to help logistically manage your event. We also stock the trailers for moving, amongst other things, large quantities of chairs. This will not only save you time in transition but your back as well.

The minimum shifts will be event site location dependent and at times accommodation fees will apply. Email us a copy of the event details including a timeline, base requirement of staff, and a description of what you see as your requirements.
